People often ask who are these alien-looking 
beings in my paintings. I suppose I would say 
they are universal energies communicating 
through these forms, trying on costumes of 
ancient archetypes melded with my own 
subconscious imagination, if you will. 
They simply appear as I work. 
They communicate to me. Their language 
seems to be that of felt sense and emotion. So I 
cannot say exactly who they are, 
I am only glad they come.
